Yoga + MOVEMENTPrivate one on one and small group sessions offer clients the ability to deepen their practice. Classes are designed and tailored to your needs and goals as a student. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned yogi, private classes offer benefits to everyone. Classes are offered in the convince of your own home, your favorite local park, and even your office! Class styles may range from Hatha, restorative, to even fascial based movements to create ease in your body.

MeditationMeditation offers the opportunity to slow down, to turn off, and to turn in. Meditations can include mantras, mindful movements, breath work, and many other elements. We offer clients Mindful Movement and Meditation sessions, as well as Guided Meditations, and Intro to Meditation.

Corporate WellnessWe spend most of our lives at work and with our colleagues, which means it is imperative that teams and individuals not only perform well, but feel well. We offer on location classes to your company and employees as well as workshops with the goal of creating a more balanced, harmonious, and healthy team and employee.
